WiCaD (Women in Construction and Design) represents a collective of dedicated construction and design professionals that originated in Ventura County as a grassroots movement. Our mission is to empower, uplift, and champion women in these fields, fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and advocacy. We come together at least once per quarter to engage in meaningful celebrations and conversations, exploring a diverse range of topics crucial to our industries and individual career development.
